Hey Adam - I am traveling to the event from Bangalore. However, I leave on Sunday and the book won’t be delivered until next Wednesday. Wish I had seen this post earlier :slightly_frowning_face:

If it works for you, I will buy a few copies and keep them with me. I can find a way to get it to you later in the year or early next year (I visit every 3-4 months).
