I believe we have used some of those collaborative principles from time to time. The visualization aspects have definitely been helpful.
Do you @irene221b embrace any specific technologies to help facilitate that remote whiteboarding session or are you sticking with the sticky notes?
Have you found that too much collaboration can slow down this process since not all stakeholder hold equal value? How do you qualify who is involved in the process?
